The Help Desk, which is staffed 24/7/365, is your first step to contact our sales, support, and billing teams. Most issues or inquiries can be resolved in a timely manner through the Help Desk. Our average response time is currently under 30 minutes. We require all current customers to open a ticket before contacting live chat. This allows you and our staff to track any ticket from the beginning to resolution.

Although we'd prefer that our customers use our helpdesk as a primary source of contact, communication via email is also available and will automatically open a ticket in our helpdesk.
